I believe that it is well past the time that the EPA should start to actually protect the environment. The amount of money that businesses stand to lose when they are not allowed to create and sell poisons that damage and destroy life should not even be a consideration for the agency committed to protecting life. Politics and finances should not be a factor in the decisions the EPA makes. There have been far to many instances where politics and business have influenced our health and safety in negative ways. These decisions not only effect us today but every future generation. Removing Propoxur Pet Collars from store shelves will be a step towards protecting our environment and the lives of our pets and children.
