The American Chemistry Council Biocides Panel requests a 30-day extension of the comment deadline, from January 4, 2011 to February 3, 2011 for the proposed rule on “Pesticides; Satisfaction of Data Requirements; Procedures to Ensure Protection of Data Submitters’ Rights;” to amend 40 CFR Part 152; 75 FR 68297; 11/5/2010. The holiday period in December makes it difficult for our member companies to participate effectively in the comments process and meet the January 4 deadline.
