I DO NOT FAVOR THIS EXPERIMENTAL USE PERMIT AND IN FACT OBJECT TO ANY SUCH PERMIT BEING GRANTED. SUCH PERMITS ARE GRANTED LOOSELY WITHOUT REAL CONCERN FOR TH EHEALTH OF SAFETY OF THE AMERICANPUBLIC IN MY OPINIOJN.
