DENY THIS PERMIT. IT IS TIME TO STOP ALLOWING SO MANY TOXIC CHEMICALS TO POISON EARTH. THEY END UP IN AMERICAN BODIES CAUSING CANCER, AND OTHER KILLING DISEAES AND EVEN IN BREAST MILK. EPA IS NOT DOING THE JOB FOR AMERICA. IT ALLOWS FAR TOO MANY TOXIC CHEMICALS TO BE USED SO THAT EARTH IS DYING. THE BIRDS, THE BEES, THE BATS, THE FROGS, PEOPLE TOO.
