Hello,
I am a very concerned citizen regarding the amount of pesticides our pets are being exposed to. Canada has already began to ban the use of synthetic pesticides to treat lawns. But not only are our pets exposed to pesticides found in lawns, but the amount of pesticides in the applications of flea and tick preventatives and collars. There are plenty of articles and studies that have been done to link cancer (amongst plenty of other health related problems) to the various pesticides found in pet and lawn products. Why are we (the US) so slow to remove these risky items from products? There are plenty of natural items that are eco friendly that can do the same job. Please help our pets - we have to be their voice! I used to use the flea and tick preventatives, but both of my dogs got sick from them each time (and I am talking about the ones your vet recommends). I quit using them, and instead used essential oils to prevent - worked great!!!
Thank you!
