IS THIS AN ATTEMPT TO MUZZLE THE EPA DEPT? EVEN MORE THAN EPA IS ALREADY MUZZLED? I DO NOT AGREE THAT THE SECRETARY OF AGRICULTURE HAS ANY INFORMATION ON CHEMISTRY OR HEALTH WHICH WOULD BE HELPFUL TO AN EPA PROPOSAL. THIS APPEARS TO BE AN EXAMPLE OF OUR GOVT GETTING WORSE AND WORSE. THE PUBLIC NEEDS TO BE NOTIFIED IMMEDIATELY SINCE THEY ARE PAYING THE BILLS, NOT THE SEC OF AGRIBUSINESS. IS THIS POLITICAL CHICANERY AND EMASCULATION AT WORK. I DO NOT THINK THE PUBLIC NEEDS THIS CHANGE, DOES NOT WANT THIS CHANGE AND CONSIDERS THIS CHANGE DETRIMENTAL TO GOVT IN AMERICA.
