re no 1 ir-4 rutgers university wanting approval of use of iimidacloprid neocortinoid and effect on fish, shellfish, etc. i say do not allow this use. i do not approve of the use of neocortinoids in any way. the only use that shoudl be permitted is 0000000000000000000000000000.0000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000. it is clear that some will do anything for money and greed. use of these toxic chemicals is killing earth.
