In a perfect world this electronic label "expansion" tool would be highly beneficial. However, we have yet to reach the stage of perfection whereby everyone has free and ready access to the internet. To make such a move at this point in time and attach legal ramifications to it puts an undue bias and prejudice on those who for the moment remain "internet-challenged".
