What make and year of vehicles were furnished with the mercury switches? How much mercury does these switches contain? When a vehicle collision occurs and there is a breach in the switch, is the amount of mercury that spills onto the ground constitues a spill of reportable quantity? Does the new rule, in any way, affect junk yards? Is it correct that notifying EPA required only when the subject swtiches are beind used?
