2005-0049 i oppose the regulations submitted by epa with regard to lead in
housing. it is clear we have numerous regulations in regard to lead in housing
already on the books. what is not clear to me is why the lead in shotgun shells
which hunter/gun wackos use is still being allowed. such lead deteriorates in air
water and soil, and can drift for thousands of milesl to cause lead health effects. it
even grows in crops so that the food that people eat is contaminated by lead. i
think the epa ignores a huge issue with shotgun shells made of lead. the
hunting, gun industry is so strong that the health of all americans is being
negatively affected by such lead use - it must be stopped.
