I am a licenced contractor in Maryland and just today learned about the new proposed regulations for contractors. I'm sure the owners of pre 78 homes have not been notified!! I'm concerned ,like all contractors about lawsuits resulting from regulations we don't know about. I do all I can to protect my customers and employees especially since two of my sons work in the field, but these new regs.seam to be a surprise to every contractor I have talked to. Whats going on!!
