pblic comment on federal register of 6/5/07 vol 72 #107 pg 31022 40 cfr part 745 docket 2005-0049-0713 frl 8132-7 rin 2070-ac83 lead repair & renovation to require home owners to spend all of this money, when this very same agency is allowing police in every municipality in america and hunters to use lead shot to kill animals and to shoot target practice thereby establishing hazardous pollutant sites that are not cleaned up and that reprsent billions in potential clean up costs is deceptive. get the police to stop using lead gunpowder. get the hunters to stop using lead shot that scatters in air water and soil and grows up in crops. and which kills animals and birds that try to eat any of the wounded animals left to die on the ground. lets clean up the whole thing at one time, and not deceive the americann public by letting some get away with lead distribution. is the nra so powerful epa quakes before it? b. sachau 15 elm st florham park nj 07932
