We are just one of those small contractors who tries to run our business honestly and morally and by the rules.  However, this bill is ridiculous.  It started so long ago, now the blood levels are drastically reduced and the need for this (as the bill reads) is ridiculous.  We live in an area that is not included in the high risk population.  We work in many homes without small children and pregnant women.  We work for many senior citizens who are just trying to stay in their homes.  With the opt out provision, they are able to remodel without the added frustration and cost this law will bring.  Our economy is already suffering.  Please, please keep that option for the homeowners that qualify.
