Clearance Testing should NOT be a requirement for Renovation, Repair, and Painting! This is definite overkill that will do just that to business . . . KILL IT! This will require often unnecessary and expensive clearance testing. This would result in excessive costs to home owners and rehabbers resulting in less upgrades to properties, and likely result in more underground / hidden upgrades if they happen at all. THIS IS BAD FOR EVERYONE!! PLEASE DON'T ENACT THIS BILL!
