Response to Docket No. EPA-HQ-OPPT-2006-0044. It is believed that a test kit
that will meet the requirements of false negative rates of no more than 5% and
false positive rates of no more than 10% can be developed. This will require,
however, some degree of paint sample homogenization and use of a semi-
quantitative colorimetric measurement. See attachment for details.
