As Chair, I am submitting the attached letter on behalf of the Children's Health Protection Advisory Committee, a FACA that provides advice to the U.S.EPA Administrator regarding children's environmental health issues. This letter was sent by the committee to the Administrator in June, 2006 and contains the committee's concensus advice to the Agency regarding the pilot VCCEP.
