Attached please find comments on the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) Federal Register notice of July 24, 2008, “Testing of Certain High Production Volume Chemicals; Second Group of Chemicals” are submitted on behalf of People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA), the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine (PCRM), the Alternatives Research Development Foundation, and the American Anti-Vivisection Society.
