Greetings, I am speaking as a private citizen, and want to express my concern about the propoese rule changes and/or re-evaluation of the use of PCBs in certain circumstances. While I am not so closed minded as to assume that we shouldn't re-evaluate use of these substances, I am concerned because I feel the US in general very often allows business/corporate concerns to override saftey and health concerns. Nevertheless, in general I have some small amount of faith in the EPA, so I will just say - "please evaluate very carefully, and if you err, please err on the side of safety."
