American Electric Power submitted a hard copy letter to USEPA on April 19, 2010 requesting an extension to the ANPRM comment period for PCBs - Reassessment of Use Authorizations. The request was for USEPA to extend the public commenting period by another 90 days. AEP respectfully submitted that request. Thank you. Thomas E. Webb
