I think that is a good idea the new regulations, because Bobalt Lithium Manganese Nickel Oxide can cause great damage to the environtment. The Environmental Protection Agency should be notified in advance, so it can decide whether or not to allow the organization to use that chemical or not and if the organization does need to use it, EPA should be able to figure out how much of it and how to dispose of the chemical after usage.
