I am opposed to this law, as it appears demolition is not covered, but deconstruction is, thereby increasing the cost of deconstruction and making it even more expensive than demolition. How can you expect us to do the right thing and help the environment and those who live off of it (animals, people) if you make the cost to do so prohibitive? Thanks for listening.
