RE: RRP for Public and Commercial Buildings— EPA-HQ-OPPT-2010-0173 As an owner of a very small home improvements company that has been hit very hard by these economic times; this new requirement is going to make it more difficult to get work and meet permit requirements. I have been trying to get into a class and they are full (since they are few and far between and only take from 10-20 people per session). The cost of the class and certification is just another expense to an already sinking business. Some of these should be put on hold until the economy turns around; especially for very small businesses and self employed carpenters. I am in Northern NJ and would be interested in anyone who can forward info to me about upcoming classes for this requirement. Perhaps an extension of time to do this would be in order?
