The RRP law has good intensions but the law and its procedures are for the most part "asinine" please recind this law or at least have the professionals and home owners who wish to opt out a better platform to do so. The unliscenced and unisured go undetected and aserve as a viable option for the many who can not or do not care about anything other then cost.
