EPA-HQ-OPPT-2010-0768 The single greatest thing the EPA can do to advance their green purchasing standards and resources is to couple with GSA FAS and re-work the way schedule items are viewed. All EPP products should be priortized and appear first for any search. This effort would be wide-reaching b/c many agencies use FSS. The second greatest action would be for EPA to partner with other agencies and form a purchasing/reporting database. This is especially relevant for tracking Scope 3 GHG emissions for federal agencies. Combining existing purchasing guidelines with an easy way to track purchasing would streamline federal reporting saving many taxpayer dollars and provide rollup federal totals for federal agencies. Please consider these actions. If you'd like to get serious about partnering with GSA, please contact me. I'll do my best to get the right individuals included. Thank you. 303-236-8000
