Thanks for the opportunity to comment. I am a user of the information collected by EPA pursuant to this ICR to the extent that EPA makes the information available, and I rely on the analysis that EPA develops based on the information. I think it is imperative that this ICR be renewed. EPA needs to be able to ensure it collects the information in a structured format. The omissions are critical so the detail in the elements it requests is essential. Tom Neltner
