It is imperative that EPA continue being able t mandate the collection of this information pursuant to the ICR. I am a user of the information that EPA makes available. I also use the analysis EPA develops from the information. EPA needs to be able to collect information at this level of detail to ensure it can be used most effectively. A structured format is essential. Tom Neltner
