in my opinion, this toxic chemical company hired an attorney who seems to be
trying to make product warning be so weak no american will ever be alerted to
harm to their bodies. this is not from a scientist, it is from a law firm. americans
are carrying around 248 toxic chemicals in their bodies already because of this
typical kind of attorney involvement by toxic chemical profiteers. epa needs to
stand tall and protect americans from the awful assaults on the human body that
are happening these days. the tests that are submitted by toxic chemical
profiteers are much too lax, much too negligent. they are done in third world
countries. the onus to prove safety should be on the toxic chemical profiteer to
prove in every respect known that their product is safe, not the other way around
to prove it is unsafe. congress was bought off in writing this legislation and I
protest. THE ONUS FOR SAFETY IN ALL RESPECTS SHOULD BE ON THE
PROFITEER WHO WANTS TO SELL TO CONSUMER. THAT IS MY OPINION.
