I am a practicing nephrologist for the past 5 years. I cover 3 dialysis units. I beleive that is not in patient's best interest to bundle their oral phosphate binders with the rest of ESRD payments. Most units don't have the capability os dispensing meds to patients and it would result in patients being undertreated.
