This is absolutly silly. As we enter one of the coldest winters in over 20 years you want to make more regulations to keep people from using public lands based on "Climate Change". The earths climate will change with or without humans so stop trying to regulate it. This is just a power play to extract more taxes from people and exert more government regulations on people. Stop.
