Assessment of Decision-Making Processes: Feasibility of Incorporating Climate Change Information into Land Protection Planning

The EPA's analysis is to be commended. It should also undertake a similar analysis for federal agencies and programs. The Bureau of Land Management controls extensive amounts of land in the western United States that could used to offset, ameliorate, and mitigate the effects of climate change.
