public comment on federal register of 5/10/07 vol 72 #90 pg 26582 epa 40 cfr part 122 and 412 docket 2005-0036 frl 8311-4 rin 2040=ae92 compliance dates under master pollutant discharg for cafo's ATTENTION REBECCA ROOSE this has been hanging fire for cafo's to take action to clean up their pollution for going on five years. this is too long. their failure to take action to clean up their pollution causes sickness for every other inhabitant of the united states and they should continue to get away with this failure to take steps to clean up their pollution. no extension should be given, or at most ONE MONTH ONLY TO 8/31/07. IT IS TIME TO GET THE ACTION THE 300,000,000 OF US LIVING IN THIS COUNTRY REQUIRE. THIS FILTHY INDUSTRY HAS CAUSED PFISTERIA IN NORTH CAROLINA AND VARIOUS OTHER DISEASES BY THEIR THINKING THAT THEY CAN JUST POLLUTE AND POLLUTE AND POLLUTE. CATTLE FEEDING STATIONS HAVE MADE HUGE MOUNTAINS BY THEIR FEEDING STATIONS AND HAVE FAILED TO CLEAN IT UP. THIS INDUSTRY IS AN EXTREMELY DIRTY INDUSTRY. THEY TREAT FARM ANIMALS WORSE THAN WIDGETS IN A FACTORY. they deny pigs the right to turn around even for their entire lives. they take little calves away from their mothers IMMEDIATELY AFTER BIRTH and put it in a dark stall and feed it crap, wont let it drink its mothers milk. they chop the beaks off little bitty chicks sometimes taking off the mouths of the chicks. they throw male chicks into the woodchipper to die. they put 5 or more chickens into cages where manure comes down on them from above, they pack them into a cage the size of a piece fo 8-1/2 by 11 inch piece of paper. they slap chickens against the wall to crush their heads and kill them. what goes on in this industry is absolutely despicable. they boil alive the pigs. they cut the cattle up piece by piece while alive. this all has to stop. this industry needs to know america is watching and this deplorable way of doing business has to stop. b. sachau 15 elm st florham park nj 07932
