EPA-HQ-OW-2005-0037 will contribute to the ever increasing cancer and immuno-disease rates we are experiencing in the USA. As both a consulting group to agricultural operations and a primary cancer research organization I am witness to the fact that each and every agricultural operation knowingly breaks the environmental protection laws as they feel they have the right to do so and that the result of this flagrant disregard of the laws is cancer and death. This revision will give them the free hand to do as they wish without any caution knowing that your enforcement and discovery powers are virtually non-existent. 1 of every 2 men and 1 of every 3 women will get cancer. This will happen to you. The public opinion is changing. The next election will find a sweep of power to environmentalism. To save your jobs, do your jobs. To save your family from the cancers they will get, save them by doing a better job. Thank-you for your attention.
