public comment on federal register of 9/27/07 vol 72 #187 pg 54904 epa docket 2007-0142 frl 8473-7 omb 2040-0009, 0110 and 0258 animal production effluents pollution elimination system, national pretreatment program, etc. the pollution standards are set much too low. i see no reason for the quantities of fresh clean water used for aquaculture, which ends up with the water being nothing but a cesspool. i also am outraged at the way factory farms are allowed to pollute with huge manure pits. this has to stop. we need our farms restricted to small farms and smaller pollution. these huge mega farms are in fact getting away with the murder of american citizens. we cnanot continue to allow this wholesale pollution. epa is doing a lousy job and the american public needs far far more rigorous standards. it is clear that epa is in the pocket of the polluters and not working for the american populations' good. make the regulations more rigorous. make these polluters stop polluting. b. sachau 15 elm st florham park nj 07932
