I am appaulled by the threat of losing recreational boating due to a govermental over-sight. I have been a recreational boater for over 20 years. Boating has allowed my family of 6 to enjoy the outdoors a reconnect with each other after a long week of work and school. We have fought rising fuel prices, a slow economy, and know our own goverment is threatening the one activity that keeps a family together. I am hoping that you can promptly exempt small (or all) recreational vessels from this absurd requirment as soon as possible. D. Anthony Zehe II 6428 Bryson Dr. Mentor, Ohio 44060
