I urge the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency to reverse its preliminary determination on setting a regulation for perchlorate in drinking water. perchlorate contamination is a nationwide problem and has health impacts at lower levels than previously thought; a national primary drinking water regulation would provide a meaningful opportunity to protect public health.
