Global Energy is developing gasification based energy projects and has begun
construction of a facility in Lima, Ohio. Our facilities are being designed to
capture and use CO2 for EOR and, where necessary and appropriate, GS.
We support the USEPA initiative to develop criteria for a UIC Class 6 well for GS
of carbon dioxide. We believe a pragmatic site selection and well design and
operating conditions will support early adoption.
Please see the attached for further information.
