In the 1/4/06 Federal Register, 40 CFR 141.623(a) (Reduced Monitoring), the fourth column of ground water systems serving < 500 says “1 dual sample set per year if the highest TTHM and HAA5 measurements occurred at the same location and quarter.” This is not consistent with the third column of the same row which provides a monitoring frequency of “every third year.”
