I am very pleased to hear that they plan on improving the water system. I have realized from living in my city that there is a lot that goes into the water and it takes a lot just to get it clean. I also have noticed the difference in the water from various people’s home that I visit. The taste is totally different, some are worse than others. Instead of trying to find the right filtering system to put into the home that can range from 100s to 1000s of dollars, I am glad to hear that the government plans on doing something to eliminate as much fecal contamination and waterborne pathogen exposure. I have children and I know that I want the best for them. Since we all must drink at least sixty-four ounces of water, having clean water is a priority. Knowing that I am drinking healthier water is a great benefit. I wouldn’t see why this proposal wouldn’t get approved. It not only benefits the environment, but the people as well. Also, to help cut back on contamination, the government should also let the people know what to do to help with the water system to help it become cleaner.
