Revisions to the Unregulated Contaminant Monitoring Regulation (UCMR 3) for Public Water Systems

It is ridiculous to require agencies that purchase all of their water from other agencies to monitor for contaminants that have already been sampled, as required, by the suppliers. Simply put, a waste of time and resources.
