Thank you for finally moving ahead with meaningful proposals to clean up and improve Florida's vulnerable waterways. For way too long the increased growth in human population and consequent alteration of land and water use and misuse has been allowed to degrade our environment. The state and various private groups such as those represented by the Chamber of Commerce and Associated Industries of FL have had many years to contemplate an appropriate cost effective response to compliance. They knew something was coming though they continue to fight its implementation. Please do not cave in the current and future population of humans living in Florida and likely elsewhere that are affected are counting on EPA to do the right thing. Thank you.
