I am writing to ask that you support EPA Numeric Nutrient Standards (NNS) for Florida rivers, lakes and springs. The St John River experienced an extreme algae bloom this year that killed thousands of fish. Miles of white foam has formed and in some cases covered areas so thick it looks like a frozen river. It is disturbing that no agency has been able to adequately identify what the foam is or explain these events. Please take action to help save our river and push for governmental agencies to work harder finding the cause and cure for our dying river. The reference NNS is found on docket ID No. EPA-HQ-OW-2009-0596. Susan Perryman 1560 CR 13 S St Augustine, Fl 32092
