I came today hoping to speak. I didn't understand what this was to be. I wanted to speak about cooperation in America and how much time and money we waste because we don't cooperate with one another. I am of the opinion that we should allow FDEP to make a set of rules and we follow them. I aqm of the opinion that many environmental groups harm the cause by slowing down progress.
