I am in favor the continuation of delivery of CCR by mail as well as electronic delivery. Please create clearer and more stringent standards for electronic delivery of water quality reports; require all water systems to post the water quality reports online; and redesign the reports so that it is easier for you consumers to understand the risks to their drinking water.
