See attached file for comment on Docket No. EPA–HQ–OW–2012–0195 in support of EPA continued support of 1976 determination that water quality impacts from forest roads, and forestry operations, are best addressed through BMPs. I also wish you would support and defend this policy in the Supreme Court and/or with the US Congress.
