Littering and dumping of mostly man-made Solid Wastes are environmental crimes breeding diseases while injuring/killing wildlife and humans. Over 800 Americans are killed (lose their lives!) each year from motor vehicle accidents attributed to collisions with unabated solid waste alongside public-maintained roadways. The EPA should target enforcement, with tough aggressive action and penalties, the removals of obnoxious solid wastes found widespread inside the following ten cities listed by defilement-level of importance (mostly located in the Northeast, Deep South regions): New Orleans; Philadelphia; Los Angeles; Memphis; New York City; Baltimore; Las Vegas; Atlanta; Miami; Houston. Similarly, the EPA needs to step-up enforcements and prosecution of widespread, longstanding violations inside the state borders of (by prominence): Kentucky; Louisiana; Mississippi; Nevada; Alabama; Indiana; Georgia; Illinois; Oklahoma; Montana; North Dakota; Texas (These twelve listed states account for almost 400—one- half-- of the 800 KILLED annually in solid waste- attributed vehicle collisions).
