I believe that this is a great step forward to take this site off the NPL. This shows that we did what we should have and can now declare it safe. I love the fact that there will still be inspection, just not as many. It shows that the EPA still is concerned for our safety but is confident enough to know when hazordous waste and material is contained safely at a site. I completely agree with this proprosed rule.
