To the EPA,
Both on the content and on the form, I wanted to show my support, as a concerned
citizen, to the deletion of the IWC site from the NPL. Given the seriousness,
accuracy, and transparency of the data from SAS study by the IWC Settling
defendants, and given the history of the site, I can insure you of my full
civic trust and gratitude. The remediation diagnosed for this site following
EPA?s record of decisions (ROD) was efficiently implemented and conclusions
produced after the September of 2002 and 2007 five-year review are sensible,
non-controversial and will allow supplementary funds to be available for the
projects that are still on the NPL. The coordination with local authorities (and
especially the ADEQ) has been totally successful and the informative and
participative features offered ?notably- by the regulations.gov website are
highly appreciated.
Thank you for your concern,
Sincerely,
Thomas Beretti
