EPA-HQ-SFUND-2007-0072. I am a resident of Oxnard , California born and raised here. I am writing you today to please include the Former Halaco metals recycling facility in South Oxnard on a list of Superfund cleanup sites. We residents of Oxnard are truly concerned about having this waste material removed and cleaned up after 40 years of operation by the Halaco Company.
