this site should not be put on the list. the city of st.clair shores is under a court order to maintain the drain.court order#33.407 dated may 10,1961.the neighborhood has lived up to their end of order. the city has fought us tooth and nail since this ordeal started. poverty is not an excuse to living up to their responsibility.
