I'd like to add my voice to this terrible situation. Having grown up and residing (for 53 years) in the Westbury area that is involved in this toxic plume pollution problem EPA-HQ-SFUND-2011-0074 I vote to CLEAN UP THE MESS--NOW!! I feel that New York State needs the assistance of the Federal Superfunds because of the size of the problem and the length of time the contaminates have been in our water. These contaminates are FAR ABOVE the recommended safety limits and I'm sure my health, my familys' health and the health of all United States citizens in this area who have been subjected to these chemicals deserve much better attention and a SOLUTION to this ongoing problem! Since some of the pollutants are from Sylvania's past experimentation with radioactive research for the country, I feel the government has a responsibility to fix the problem. Please add and approve this contamination site to the federal superfunds list and improve our aquifer water.
